The Ranch is located in Murphy, Texas, just south of Southfork Ranch, home to the Ewings of the famous "Dallas" TV series. The community features 567 single-family homes, access to a gorgeous swimming pool, and a 9 acre park that includes playgrounds, a pavilion, a sand volleyball court, and soccer fields. There is also a small body of water named Maxwell Creek that flows through the neighborhood with a separate linear city park containing paved hike/bike trails.
Unlike many new developments, The Ranch benefits from a more spacious feel. Typical lot sizes range from 1/4 to 1/2 acres, many with side entry garages. When driving through this community you may notice another feature common to all Murphy neighborhoods. There are no dangerous alleyways!
